מערכת תורים לרשת GoMobile, הנבנית סביב נתוני המכירות והלקוחות הקיימים. הסכם זה מהווה את שלב 1 — הקמת המערכת והפעלתה בשני מוקדי הפעילות באילת. הרחבתה לסניפים נוספים ברשת היא שלב המשך, במחיר למוקד הקבוע בהסכם זה. המערכת מורכבת משני חלקים:A queue system for the GoMobile chain, built around the existing sales and customer data. This agreement is stage 1 — building the system and bringing it live at the two Eilat locations. Extending it to further branches in the chain is a follow-on stage, at the per-location price set in this agreement. The system has three parts:
- ניהול התור: כניסה לתור לפי מספר טלפון — בשירות עצמי בכניסה לסניף או דרך נציג; כרטיס תור, מיקום בתור והערכת זמן המתנה; עדכון הלקוח לאורך ההמתנה והודעה בהגיע תורו; מסך תצוגה בסניף המשקף את מצב התור; וממשק לנציג לניהול הקריאה לתור.Queue management: joining the queue by phone number — self-service at the branch entrance or via a rep; a queue ticket, live position and a wait estimate; customer updates through the wait and a notification when the turn arrives; an in-branch display reflecting the state of the queue; and a rep-facing interface for managing the queue.
- זיהוי הלקוח: כל כניסה לתור יוצרת או מזהה רשומת לקוח לפי מספר הטלפון, כך שלקוח חוזר מזוהה בהגיעו. לקוח שנכנס לתור עם מספר טלפון שיש לו הזמנה פתוחה — ההזמנה מוצגת לנציג, וניתן להתחיל בהכנתה בזמן ההמתנה.Customer identification: every queue entry creates or matches a customer record by phone number, so a returning customer is recognised on arrival. When a queue entry matches a phone number with an open order, the order is shown to the rep and can be picked during the wait.
ההודעות ללקוח נשלחות בערוץ דיגיטלי — SMS, וואטסאפ או דומיהם — שייבחר יחד בתחילת הפרויקט. המסך והממשקים נגישים מכל מסך או טלפון דרך קישור, ללא התקנה. הנתונים נשארים פנימיים ואינם עוברים לצד שלישי.Customer messages are sent over a digital channel — SMS, WhatsApp or similar — selected together at the start of the project. The display and interfaces are accessible from any screen or phone via a link, with no install. The data stays internal and is never shared with a third party.

שלב 1 — היקף התמורה: שני מוקדי פעילות באילת.Stage 1 — what the fees cover: two Eilat locations. דמי הפיתוח (₪7,500) ודמי התחזוקה (₪300 לחודש) חלים על שני מוקדי הפעילות של הלקוח באילת: הסניף הפועל כיום, וסניף אילת נוסף שהלקוח מתכוון לפתוח. הפעלת הסניף הנוסף, במועד שבו ייפתח, כלולה בתמורה ואינה כרוכה בתוספת תשלום בדמי הפיתוח או בדמי התחזוקה — למעט הוצאות ההקמה במקום, שהן באחריות הלקוח כמפורט להלן.The development fee (₪7,500) and the maintenance fee (₪300/month) apply to two of the client's Eilat locations: the branch operating today, and a further Eilat branch the client intends to open. Bringing the additional branch onto the system, whenever it opens, is included and carries no additional charge in either fee — except the on-site setup expenses, which are the client's responsibility as set out below.
שלב המשך — הרחבה לסניפים נוספים: כל מוקד פעילות נוסף, מעבר לשני מוקדי אילת, מצטרף לאותה מערכת — ללא פיתוח מחדש — בתמחור של ₪2,000 דמי הקמה חד-פעמיים + ₪250 לחודש, לכל מוקד בנפרד, בעת הוספתו.Follow-on stage — extending to further branches: each additional location, beyond the two Eilat locations, joins the same system — no rebuild — at a one-time ₪2,000 setup fee + ₪250/month, per location, when added.
הוצאות הקמה במקום: הוצאות בפועל הכרוכות בהקמה ובליווי ההפעלה במקום — בכל מוקד, לרבות סניף אילת הפועל כיום — ובכלל זה נסיעה ולינה (לילה אחד או שניים, לפי הצורך), אינן כלולות בדמי הפיתוח, בדמי התחזוקה או בדמי ההקמה למוקד, וישולמו על ידי הלקוח או יוחזרו כנגד קבלות, לפי עלותן בפועל וללא תוספת רווח.On-site setup expenses: actual expenses of on-site setup and supervised go-live — at every location, the Eilat branch operating today included — including travel and accommodation (one or two nights, as needed), are not covered by the development fee, the maintenance fee or the per-location setup fee, and are paid by the client or reimbursed against receipts, at actual cost with no markup.
עלויות הודעות:Messaging costs: שליחת ההודעות ללקוחות היא עלות שימוש המשולמת ישירות על ידי הלקוח מול הספקים, לפי תעריפי הערוץ שייבחר ולפי שימוש בפועל, ואינה כלולה בדמי הפיתוח או התחזוקה.Customer messaging is a usage cost paid by the client directly to the providers, at the rates of the chosen channel and per actual use, and is not included in the development or maintenance fees.

מחוץ לתחום (מחייב פיתוח נפרד):Out of scope (separate development):
- ציוד קצה לסניף — מסכים ועמדות נרכשים על ידי הלקוח, ככל שיידרשוBranch hardware — screens and stations are purchased by the client, as required
- מערכת קופה, ואינטגרציות לכל מערכת חיצונית נוספתA POS system, and integrations with any further external system
- מודולים או יכולות נוספות מעבר להיקף המוגדר לעילModules or capabilities beyond the scope defined above
פריטים אלה אינם כלולים בהסכם זה, ויתומחרו בנפרד — בכפוף לאפיון ולהצעת מחיר נפרדת.These items are not included in this agreement and are priced separately — subject to a separate spec and quote.
הגדרת היקף:Scope definition: אופן הכניסה לתור, ערוץ ההודעות, המסכים והתהליכים המדויקים ייסגרו בפגישת אפיון בתחילת הפרויקט. נוסחי ההודעות ללקוח מאושרים על ידי הלקוח לפני ההפעלה. הוספת עמדות, מסכים ומשתמשים במוקדים הכלולים אינה מעלה את דמי התחזוקה; המערכת בנויה להתרחבות. תוכן הפניות ללקוחות, היקפן ועמידתן בדין — באחריות הלקוח.The exact check-in method, messaging channel, screens and flows are closed in a spec meeting at the start of the project. Customer message wording is approved by the client before go-live. Adding stations, screens and users within the covered locations does not raise the maintenance fee; the system is built to expand. The content, volume and legal compliance of outreach to customers are the client's responsibility.
